Sistema storage box clips

The challenge: These clips frequently break at the hinge pin, especially when cycled between dishwasher and freezer. Could I create duplicates?

I located a design for these Sistema clips on Thingiverse and got to work printing duplicates. PLA seemed to produce more consistant prints (no lift) but ABS is more durable. Here is an example.
