This vintage wooden train set had a few broken parts and some missing pieces. Whilst it would have been more appropriate to make the repairs in wood, the 3D printer was just sitting there waiting to be used. The kids don’t seem to mind the plastic parts…

Patterns were prepared from the existing parts and drawn up in Shapr3D and then 3D printed using PLA filament and a Creality K1C printer.
