Sometimes parts from toy library puzzles get lost. On this occassion it was teh cow that had gone walkabout.

The job required creating a piece of board the same thickness as the original parts. Creating a template of the inlay shape and then laser cutting a replacement part. A small plastic knob was 3D printed before the Library staff laser printed a photo of the cow to be bonded onto the blank.

Materials:

3mm MDF and paper to laminate a sandwich to match the thickness of the original parts.
Lightburn software
Creality K1C 3D printer + PLA filament.
